Refund Policy

Cancelled Bookings

• Cancellations submitted more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will be cancelled without a fee.
• Cancellations 21-30 days prior to arrival will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations less than 21 days prior to the arrival date are  non-refundable.
• Valid Covid related cancellations WILL NOT incur any fees provided the cancellation is a result of a governent rule or direction.
• Guests can request to tranfer their booking to a future date by contacting the park administration.
